Multi-brand parts:
the right one, not just one.
Spare parts and components for industrial machinery and plants, with attention to availability, quality and speed of delivery. Not just the part: field experience helps identify the correct component and the most suitable solution.

- Multi-brandNot tied to any manufacturer
- The code, or its equivalentWhen the part is out of catalogue
- Four disciplinesMechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic
IVEL Energy Group supplies multi-brand spare parts and components for industrial machinery and plants — mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic — and helps identify the correct component when the code cannot be found or the machine is no longer catalogued. We answer within 8 hours, across Italy and Europe.
From identifying the part
to delivery.
Asking for a spare part looks like one thing, and it is at least four. The hardest is not finding it: it is knowing which one is needed, especially when the machine is down and the code on the nameplate is no longer legible.
Technical identification
Working out which component is actually needed, starting from the machine and the fault rather than from a code that often no longer exists.
Multi-brand supply
Components for industrial machinery and plants with no manufacturer tie, chosen for availability and quality.
Urgent procurement
When the machine is down, the right part tomorrow is worth more than the perfect one in two weeks.
Equivalent alternatives
When the original no longer exists or will not arrive in time, an equivalent is assessed: same performance, same operating conditions.
Technical stock
Deciding which parts to keep on the shelf for a critical machine: the difference between a stop of hours and one of days.
A multi-brand technical stock
This is a stated objective of IVEL, and it is growing: building a stock able to cut downtime for recurring customers.
From a bearing
to a control board.
A supplier who never touches the machines can only give you what you ask for. Someone who repairs those machines every day can tell you whether what you are asking for is what you need — and the two coincide less often than people think.

The right part
is not always the identical one.
A component identical to the original is not always the better choice: if that part has failed twice, fitting the same one again means waiting for the third time. We assess operating conditions, loads and how critical the plant is, to propose the most reliable and genuinely available solution — which is sometimes the original, and sometimes not.
The code is no longer legible
A worn nameplate or a part already removed: we work back from the machine type, the dimensions and the working context rather than from a number.
The original will not arrive in time
We look for an equivalent, checking it can take the same conditions: pressure, temperature, load and duty cycle, not only the dimensions.
The machine is out of catalogue
On twenty-year-old plants the part often no longer exists as such. We rebuild from the function: what that part has to do, and under what constraints.
The same part keeps failing
That is the sign that the part is not the problem. Before supplying it a third time it is worth looking at what, upstream, keeps breaking it.
Not knowing what to keep in stock
We start from the critical machines and the components that stop production if missing: there are few of them, and those are the ones worth holding.

We do not sell parts.
We solve machine downtime.
IVEL did not start as a parts dealer: it started as a company that repairs plants, and supplies components because it is the same competence seen from another angle. We do not simply offer the part: field experience lets us help identify the correct component and the most suitable solution.
Fewer wrong parts
A component identified with the machine in view arrives right the first time.
Verified quality
An equivalent is only offered if it withstands the same working conditions.
Shorter stoppages
The right stock on critical machines shortens the stop before it happens.
The work, as it actually looks.
Photographs of components replaced or supplied by IVEL.

A proven method, from the call to the report.
Request
Machine, component and — if there is one — the nameplate. A photograph of the removed part is worth more than an uncertain code.
Assessment
We read the material and assess whether a site visit is needed or we can act straight away. We answer within 8 hours.
Intervention
We identify the correct component and check real availability and delivery times.
Report
Documentation of what was done, and the guidance not to end up in the same place again.
What we are asked most often.
Yes. Supply is an activity in its own right: you can ask for the component alone, with technical support to identify it, without us carrying out the work. For urgent breakdowns we are on call 24/7.
No. IVEL Energy Group is an independent, multi-brand technical company. On spare parts that counts double: whoever has no brand to defend can propose the best solution rather than their own.
That is the most common case, and it is not a problem. We work back from the machine type, the dimensions of the part and the working context. A photograph of the removed component is nearly always enough.
Yes, when the original no longer exists or will not arrive in time. With one condition: the equivalent must withstand the same working conditions, not merely share the same dimensions.
We answer a request within 8 hours and attend within 24–48 hours. For urgent breakdowns we are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Across Italy and in Europe. Our operating base is in Tirano, province of Sondrio, but interventions are not limited to the Valtellina valley: we travel to where the plant is.
The machine, the component and — if it is still there — the nameplate. A photograph of the removed part, with something for scale beside it, is worth more than a misread code.
The parts come
from the machines we repair.
Hydraulic systems
Seals, gaskets and hydraulic components: the area where the wrong equivalent is paid for fastest.
Crushing and conveying systems
Rollers, bearings and gearmotors: wear components that on a line are consumed at a predictable rate, and can therefore be kept ready.
Industrial automation and electromechanics
Boards, sensors and drives: the area where the original part most often goes out of production before the machine does.
Assembly, fabrication and welding
Assembly and modifications: sometimes the answer is not a spare part, it is a properly made adaptation.
What we need in order to open a request.
Machine, component and nameplate if it is still there. A photograph of the removed part is worth more than a misread code.
On a plant that is down, the phone is still the fastest way, even out of hours. For everything else the form reaches our office, and we reply within 8 hours.
