Who processes the data

The data controller is IVEL Energy Group S.r.l., Viale Italia 62, 23037 Tirano (SO), Italy, VAT no. 01055300147.

What data we collect

Only what you write in the request form:

• your name, and your company if you give it;
• email address and/or phone number;
• the description of the problem, the technical area chosen and any attachments (photographs, video, documents).

Why we use it, and on what basis

To reply to your request: to contact you, understand the fault, and prepare an intervention or a quotation. The legal basis is the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

We do not use the data for newsletters or advertising, we do not sell it and we do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes.

Providing it is optional, but without a name and a contact we cannot reply.

Who sees it

The IVEL Energy Group staff who handle requests. To run the site and the email we rely on providers that process the data on our behalf, as processors:

• Cloudflare, which hosts the site;
• the sending service that delivers the form message to our mailbox;
• Google (Google Workspace), which runs the info@ivelenergygroup.com mailbox.

Transfers outside the European Union

These providers may also process data in the United States. Transfers take place with the safeguards set out in the GDPR: the EU-US adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework) or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

How long we keep it

For as long as it takes to handle the request. If it leads to an assignment, the data follows the working relationship and is kept for the period required by civil and tax law. If nothing comes of it, we delete it once it is no longer needed to reply.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to processing, or receive it in a readable format (Articles 15–22 GDPR). Just write to info@ivelenergygroup.com.

If you believe the processing breaches the GDPR you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Cookies

This site uses no profiling cookies, no analytics tools and no third-party content that tracks browsing. There may only be technical cookies needed for the site to work, which do not require consent. Maps open through an external link; they are not embedded in the page.
