Who is behind it

Two names, and two different trades.

  • Ivana Cabirri

    Founder — administration and management

She is the organisation: requests and client relations come through here, not through the technical team. It is a stated choice, not an accident.

  • Elis Hajdoni

    Co-founder — industrial mechanical technician

Established experience in the maintenance, installation and overhaul of industrial plants. His is also the number that answers when a plant is down.

Our story

The name says how the company began.

Every business begins with an idea. Ours began with the union of different but complementary competences, sharing one vision: to build a company able to offer quality technical services, with professionalism, reliability and attention to the Client's needs.

From the outset we have believed that a company's value is not measured only by its ability to solve a technical problem, but above all by its ability to prevent one.

  1. IV

    IV, from Ivana

A name that stands for the union of organisation, experience and technical competence. Neither works without the other, and the name says so before any introduction does.

  4. Today

    Nine areas of expertise

The business has grown into industrial maintenance, concrete batching plants, automation, metal fabrication, hydraulic systems, earthmoving machinery, crushing plants and railway mechanics.

How it grew

Our values

Seven principles,
and what they mean on the floor.

Every activity carried out by IVEL Energy Group rests on principles that guide the daily work. They are written here so they can be recognised in a job, not because they look good on a page.

  • Safety

Protecting people and plants is an absolute priority in every activity.

We approach every job with seriousness, competence and a sense of responsibility.

  • Continuous improvement

Every job is an opportunity to grow and improve our services.

Our strength
For IVEL Energy Group maintenance does not mean only repairing a plant: it means guaranteeing operational continuity, safety and reliability.

The union of technical competence, organisation and passion for the work.

Maintenance does not mean only repairing.

We look ahead with the intention of growing alongside our clients, investing steadily in people, in training and in technological innovation. The objective is to be recognised as a reliable partner by companies looking for technical competence, organisation, speed of response and quality of service.

  • Efficiency

Improving the efficiency of industrial plants, every day.

  • Less downtime

Reducing downtime, which is the cost that weighs most.

  • Continuity

Guaranteeing operational continuity with concrete, tailored solutions.

Frequently asked questions

What we are asked most often.

What does IVEL Energy Group do?
Industrial maintenance and specialised technical assistance, across nine areas: batching plants, railway, hydraulics, automation, presses, site machinery, conveying systems, fabrication and spare parts.
Are you tied to a manufacturer?
No. IVEL Energy Group is an independent, multi-brand technical company: we are not tied to any single manufacturer, for assistance or for spare parts.
Where is the company based?
The operating base is at Viale Italia 62 in Tirano, province of Sondrio. The work is carried out across Italy and in Europe.
How many of you are there?
Six people, organised into three teams of two that can go out at the same time. It is the figure that says whether an urgent breakdown can be handled while another team is already out.
Who answers when a request is opened?
The I.E.G. organisation, directly. Requests and client relations are handled by the administration, while the technical team concentrates on carrying out the work.
Do you only do repairs, or planned maintenance too?
Both. The urgent stop gets solved, but the work that makes a plant predictable is the planned kind: it is the difference between repairing and maintaining.

Nine technical areas, one point of contact.

The technologies differ; the approach does not: understand the machine before touching it, and understand why the fault happened before replacing a part.
